1. Relationship – Your point of contact: Trust one another is key to have a successful partnership. Our Relationship Manager will invest time understanding the business, project(s), style of delivery, technology and most importantly the people we will be working with.
2. A unique combination of consulting expertise and hands-on project delivery experience – our key to success. Our Relationship Manager will provide a brief and insights of the Client’s role requirements to our consulting team, a highly experienced group with real life project delivery experience and expertise. Through our consulting business we will engage our lead consultants within the respective areas of expertise to understand the role requirements, assess and short list the relevant candidates. They will ask more relevant questions of the candidates and build credibility and ensure right fit for the role. A candidate will be presented to a client once the relevant lead consultant has assessed them and provided their sign off.
3. Recruitment – The engine room – Our approach to each role is tailored to the requirement; the recruiter will be briefed by the Relationship Manager with key questions from our internal lead consultants and the work begins! Via a combination of our wide professional network, head hunting & advertising, use of our extensive databases and AI features to quickly direct us to a short list of candidates, who are contacted and pre-screened, we then conduct an interview with one of our lead consultants, before providing a maximum of 3 potential candidates to our clients.
