Graduate Service Assistance

Finding a role as a graduate can be a daunting task, with Clients asking for experience you cannot get until they give you a chance, it is a vicious circle.

At e2e we invest in our relationships as they are the cornerstone to our success, and as part of that investment we want to give back to our network that has provided for us and pay it forward.

We understand that graduates bring new ideas and different ways of doing things, we want to help them be project ready as soon as possible!

Graduate events: Knowledge sharing and networking is an important part of any career to help you in starting out.  We run two annual events for graduates, giving you an opportunity to network with industry professionals and pick their brains.

Industry Practitioner Mentor: Giving you access to one of our past or current team members as a mentor for your own journey into IT project management.

When joining e2e as a consultant, each consultant is given the opportunity to give back to the broader network and be part of the “Mentor Program”. This is a non-formal program whereby 6×30-minute catchups are arranged over a 6-month period. Beyond this period, it is up to the two parties to continue this relationship with potentially resulting in further career advancement opportunities.

Work experience: Our group of companies comprise three separate businesses, Project Consulting Services, Immigration Services and Recruitment, each unique but with many synergies.

We want to provide an opportunity to learn within each of these businesses. Depending on your area of focus, we could look at just one of the companies or potentially all three to give you the full understanding of the e2e nature of the IT project management world.
